Username
and Password: I've paid for membership, but wasn't
redirected to create my username and password.
This is caused by an internet glitch. It
happens from time to time. Please contact
Cheryl Wright and she'll send you the appropriate
details.
I've paid for membership and was able to
create my username and password, but now I can't get in to
the members area.
Your username and password are both case
sensitive. If you can't get it, double-check you've
typed them correctly - per your confirmation email.

Tip: Instead of typing your username and
password every time you log in, tick the pop-up box to save
your details.
Problems

** When paying by
PayPal I wasn't redirected to create my username and
password. What happens now?
If you are not automatically redirected to
create your user name and password,
please click the 'return to merchant' button. this will then
direct you to the correct page. If that doesn't work,
click here for further
instructions.

I'm interested in a specific product but it's not in the
member's area. Can I request it?
Yes you can.
Contact Cheryl via the feedback form inside the member's
area and she'll endeavour to secure it. No promises,
but she'll do her best.
Make sure you give
as much information as possible (Exact book title, and
author details if known. If you can tell her where you
found it, that's even better.)
** I have another
question that isn't answered here. What now?
That's not a problem at all. Contact
Cheryl either via the feedback form inside the member's area
or via email, and
she'll get back to you - usually within 24 hours. Often
less. Just keep in mind she's in Australia, so in a
totally different time zone. Please give her time to
sleep!
